Not sure what to say?

I was very sorry to hear of Dick's passing. When I was DC in the Ghent Field Office, I counted on Dick's guidance and support, both as a technician and a friend. He was a real gentleman and a kind person. The world needs more people like him. I will miss him. My prayers and sympathy to his family

My condolences to Dick's family at this very sad time. For 8 years I had the pleasure of working with Dick in the Middletown NRCS Area Office. Each day with a long commute to Middletown or other County Offices, Dick would contribute his strong work ethic, skill, and very wry sense of humor to our conservation efforts. I was truly fortunate to have worked with him. By the way, it is very likely Dick holds the World's Record for making the largest number of high quality bluebird boxes...

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Dick . I worked with Dick at the Ferndale SCS office in the late 70's. I was the District Conservationist there for 2 years. I really liked Dick and liked working with him. He was definitely a "get the conservation on the ground " guy. He certainly leaves an admirable legacy of conservation application in the Catskills area. His family should certainly be proud of his conservation accomplishments.
