I still to this day talk about the best boss I ever had and tell how Dick gave me the confidence to divorce a good man but someone that wasn't feeding my soul. And he taught me how to dress professionally. He believed in women and praised the accomplishment of April and his daughters. He was my mentor, often saying, you can't dance as he laughed. They say time heals the pain, but I have to say I still miss the person who made the greatest impact on my professional career and encouraged me to never stop pursuing my college degree. I don't recall telling him,but I also obtained my MBA at age 52. Thank you for your inspiration and guidance, Dick. I sorely miss you.

What a beautiful legacy filled with lots of love. As both Doug and Elissa's neighbors and friends we have seen all the fun times you all have shared in Portsmouth together.
