Not sure what to say?

Dear Cindy,
I am so sorry for your loss. It seems impossible that we would lose Richard - a friend that was always caring and in touch. His smile and humor was there for all his friends and his love for you and Matthew so special!
We will always remember his Birthday calls, enthusiasm on the diamond, smiles in the kitchen and our motorcycle rides - we are all so sad!
Love to you and Matthew.

Dear Cindy,

I offer my most sincere condolences for your loss and am keeping you in my thoughts.

Richard was such a great person and so gracious in helping me with my travels for many years.

And though he will be sorely missed, I am sure his travels will be great too.

Dear Cindy,

Philip and I extend our deepest condolences to you, Matthew, and your whole family. Richard was a true friend since college, with a generous soul, a zest for life, and great humor. He used to take me motorcycle riding in early spring to see the daffodils. Because of him, I learned to ride. He was a great friend-connector, community-builder, and always remembered anniversaries and birthdays (rare in a man!). We know he was such a devoted husband and father. We all will miss...

Dear Cindy:

I can only offer you my shoulders upon which to cry, my friendship which will last forever, and my prayers for you, your son and your family. I know and understand what you are going through, and grieve for you, your son and your family. It is a tough road ahead, but rest assured that I am willing to walk each and every step with you.

With faith and hope,

James Williams, Jr. and the family at Wayne State University

Love, Jan
