“RA” had a great influence on my life. To this day I have fond memories of all the weekend and weeklong outings at Camp Chickasaw, along with a few extended trips to Maine and Canada. Through his dedication to the Boy Scouts, RA taught me lifelong skills of independence, leadership, respect and preparedness to name a few. Of course he also taught me through endless hours of practice skills in such things as painting, shoveling, grass cutting, brush and tree removal, garbage disposal,...

Sir Robert Baden Powell, the founder of Scouting taught scouts the trail signs of old. One of the signs is that of "Gone Home". Gone home is simply a circle with a dot in the middle.
