Dick was a remarkable man. I had the privilege to know him both as a fellow lawyer as well as a fellow Downtown DC Kiwanian. He was always the consummate professional as an attorney and he rendered tremendous service to our DC community (especially the young children who benefited most from his Kiwanis activities) through his tireless efforts as a Kiwanian.
