Not sure what to say?

Dear Patty,

I am so sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. I have so many fond memories of spending time with your parents in Stockbridge. All those weekends we traveled from Boston to Stockbridge to escape city life for a weekend. One of my favorite memories was cross country skiing with your Dad. I remember trying to keep up with him , a feat I never mastered. Looking back, he was a good 12-13 years older than we are now. I was in awe of him; to see he skiied until age 85 was...

Dear Patty,
It has been a long time. i am so sorry for
your loss. I remember your dad as a very
kind man. Please know that you are in my
thoughts.

Dear Pat, Bob and Patty,

Nancy and I just learned of the passing of Dick. I will always have fond memories of our times at Lord's Point, and the summers we enjoyed as neighbors.
Nancy and I truely enjoyed the sails out to Fisher's Island.
Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time.

Dick has been an inspiration and guide to being a good American and human being... one of the finest men I have ever known. We are in a different world from the one he inhabited and made safe for us. We all owe him greatly.

Betty Phillips and Beegee are sorry to hear of Richard's passing. Betty said that she had wondered about you recently

Mrs. Martin, Bobby & Patty,

I was sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Martin. What a wonderful, wonderful man. I will always remember all the great times at Lord's Point. He was the best neighbor ever. I hope that all your wonderful memories of him will help you through this very difficult time. My prayers are with you.
