Richard Vance "Ricky" Martin

I moved to Florida 2 yrs ago but for the 16 yrs I was in Waterford I felt Rick was a friend. I went to the People´s bank many times a week and he was always helpful and kind. I am so sad to hear of Ricky´s passing! I knew him through the Waterford branch of Peoples, and like many others, would let people pass me in line so I could work with Ricky. He was ALWAYS kind, helpful, witty, resourceful & respectful. To Ricky´s loved ones, please know that Ricky´s memory lives on, even with random members of the community who knew him so briefly.
