I'm very sorry to hear about your dad. He was always so friendly in his quiet, soft spoken way when my office was next to his (at the formerly quiet end of the hall). I'd go by his office and he'd be reading the paper or having lunch with you. He will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dick was my father's best friend and "partner in crime" for for more years than I have been alive. He wrote a letter to the adoption agency to support my adoption. After the untimely death of my mother, he took an interest in my sister and I, guiding us along, when my father could not because of his deep grief.
I will always remember Dick traveling with us when he worked at Independent Liberty and the times he was there for my family and my father without question. The card game...
