Not sure what to say?

Once in Love; Always in Love. Thank you.

I remember attending Mass at the EC back in 87-91' He was a great priest and very approachable to speak to on any issues at the time. Rest In Peace.

From the many hugs and kisses given while growing up to learning the crucial rules of cribbage at the dinner table during holidays, Father Dick was a huge part of my life growing up. Being privileged at a young age to visit him and his friends that he made in Mexico is a great memory that I will always cherish. You will be greatly missed by the Mauthe family. Love you Father Dick. Rest in peace.

Loved working with Fr. Mauthe. He was part of our Advent/Lent reconciliation circuit (St Mary's Algoma). Really , a good and decent man (priest). (Fr.) Mike Flanary

One of the great ones has passed. Fr. Mauthe, thank you for your inspirational homilies, sense of humor and commitment to students, the environment and your faith. You will live on through the many whose lives you touched.

I had the honor & pleasure to bring the Eucharist to
Fr. Mauthe at Odd Fellows
Home. He was truly an inspiration to all who met him. May the Good Lord bless our world with another Fr. Mauthe.
Peace and Joy,

My wife and I were married at the Newman center in 1972 by Father Mauthe. Good memories.

I met Fr. Mauthe through the Neumann/Ecumenical Center while a student at UW-GB. He was truly a blessed man and one of great charisma. His arms were always open wide, encompassing any and all who were in his presence.
