Not sure what to say?

I'm sorry for you loss, Mr. Maxim was like a step father to my brother and I appreciate all the things he has done. I met him and he was a wonderful great man. He helped so many people and changed my brother and helped him through thick and thin. I heard so many great stories from my brother and hes looked to him as family and I do too because he's was a great person and helped my family out. My thoughts are with you. I'm glad i had the oppurtnity to meet him.

I was a troubled youth at the agency where Rick worked I got to work with him almost everyday and he was a great man he always knew how to turn a bad day into a good one and I cherish the moments I was there with him and he always made sure I was studying and doing good in school and I thank him everyday for believing in me and knew I would succeed. Dottie, Ma, and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My Thoughts are with you. He was a great big brother and son. Love, Ginger

Dottie and Family,

I saw Rick and your mother about a month ago at Tops. It was nice to see them. It has been years since I have seen them. May the Lord bring you into the love of his arms to carry you all through. Rick was taken to soon from this earth.

God's Speed Rick, may you rest in peace!

You are all in my thoughts and prayers,
Heather Kelly-Myers

Rick was a friend both in Boy Scouts as well as The Agency. I knew him first as a Scout leader and he really wanted "his boys" to have the best experience in Cub Scouting. If he needed info he asked. This same attitude came across as he worked with the boys here at Wm George Agency. I hope, Penny, that you will always remember that he was a kind and gentle man who treated these troubled boys as if they were his own. Thanks for sharing him with us. He will be missed.

Penny, Devin and the Maxim family,
So sorry for your loss. Rick will be missed by many, especially the kids here. Every night when he would pick up Bentley the kids would swarm to the door to wait for their every day pound with the explosion. There wasn't a day the kids would let him get out the door without many of them from him. I can't imagine what your going through because I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what to say to the kids on those days he doesn't show up. He...
