Not sure what to say?

My memories are still live of the Richard I knew as a good friend and classmate. Now that I am going through the battle of cancer, I feel closer to ever that one day soon I will again meet with Richard at God's house.

FOUND OUT ABOUT DICK'S PASSING FROM BOB THOMAS TODAY. ROBERT MAYER, HIS BROTHER, IS A GOOD FRIEND AND FELLOW CLASSMATE AT ST. WENCESLAUS AND CATHEDERAL LATIN. I MET DICK A FEW TIMES AND KNEW OF DICK AND HIS FAMILY, ALL IN THE INSURANCE DUSINESS. DICK KNEW MY SISTER MARYANNE, AS I REMEMBER, SINCE WE ALL WENT TO THE SAME GRADESCHOOL IN MAPLE HEIGHTS. Sue, my wife and I , Richard Mansell, extend our deepest sympathies to Bob and God's blessings to Dick all of his family.

Please accept the deepest condolences from a fellow CLS classmate (1947). Dick was also in my wedding party when my late wife and I were married in 1960, and my sister remembers him well because they ice skated together many years ago. Rest in peace Dick.

Jim Mandelik

As a classmate and friend of Dick's both at Latin and UD, we were the long and short of it (I was 6'6.5" tall).
I now live in Rochester, NY and am not traveling but will say an extra prayer for Dick on Friday. Rest in peace, Dick!

I hope to become the man you were. I'll miss you, dad.

You taught me what being a good parent was all about!
