Not sure what to say?

I dated Richard off and on while we were at Erskine. When he picked me up at my Uncle and Aunt's house in Abbeville the first time, my Uncle Tom met him at the door with a bottle of Rebel Yell and a shotgun. Mugo carried if off just fine - he was used to being teased about being a Yankee from New Jersey.

Donna, Mugo was an absolute dear. I know you will miss him terribly, - it was much too soon to lose him.

Richard and Bob Oliver were roommates and friends of mine our freshman year at Erskine. I guess we had something in common because they were both from New Jersey and I was from Pennsylvania. I remember Richard as being very friendly and helpful. He was also a character. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. May I offer my sincerest condolences in this most difficult time.

Richard was my boyfriend our freshman year at Erskine. I consider myself very priviledged to have been his friend. All of these entries show that he never changed. He was a unique, wonderful person. I read about his death with tears in my eyes and fond memories in my heart. Donna, God bless you and all of your family.

Donna,
My name is Wyatt McDaniel. At Erskine they called me "IBM." I lived on the same hall with Mugo while we were at Erskine. Mugo was a character no one can forget. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I keep a database of our classmates and have sent a notice to those for whom I have a valid eMail. A number have written back, saddened at his passing and expressing fond memories of him.
Please know that Mugo's classmates are thinking of you during this difficult time.

Sorry to hear the news that my
cousin has passed. Our condolences to all his family. Art & Dolores

Our sincerest condolences. Please also extend our condolences to "Bobby".. Cousin Julian Schimmenti and wife Dolores

Donna-
For many of us who knew Mugo well, we have not lost a musician, but the conductor of the band. What a fabulous personality and sense of humor! I am very saddened. As you could tell at our reunions, Mugo was the person everyone loved to listened to. Kathy and I will be thinking of you in the days to come. Dick Craft

Dear Donna,
Please know that so many people, some that you may not know or remember, are mourning the death of your husband. Those of us who were at Erskine with him feel as if a major light has gone out in our class. He was a such a major personality and we loved him. He will be missed so much but never, ever forgotten.

Dear Donna,
We were so saddened to hear about Mugo's death. While he may have been shortchanged on the quantity of time he had;the measure of his life is how many lives he has touched along the way. There are a handful of people that come into your world and touch your life in a dramatic fashion. People constantly pass in and out of your life but Mugo was a true friend to so many at Erskine. There was always a comfort level being around Mugo not found in many others. His kindness and...
