Rick was a classmate of mine a friend and fellow Purple Tiger football team member. Always bright and a very tough guy always unflappable. Have not seen him much in the last few years but his successe are not surprising as his record for leadership impressive. My condolences to his great family. He was an inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

To all the family: My name is Phil McCullough. My parents were neighbors and friends of the McGinnis family for many years. I haven't kept up with the family like I should have, but I have always admired Rick for his engineering success and as I read the obituary I saw he was all around great individual.
