Worked with rich in my younger years at Mathewson gas. Went to lunch every day for almost 2 years. Even though he was older and my boss. Never treated me anything but an equal. Taught me how to sail as I ever ever dId was fish. Actually brought my fishing pole with me when we went sailing towards block island. Never saw him lose his temper. A rarity in this day and age.
