I came to know Mr. McKeen as a constable. He was a quiet, but effective, constable. He did his job. His word meant everything. When Mr. Mceen said he did something, you could count on his word. He was a dignified and honorable man. His efforts to help those less fortunate then himself were important to him. He was proud of his work at the Hamilton House. His love and care for his family was evident every time you spoke to him. A good man that will be remembered.
