From a teamate and classmate. I have missed Dick at all of our class reunions and such over the years but I do remember him well. A moment from the past stands out in my mind. In our junior year we were playing a much larger Westerville team and Dick scored an ealry toucdown on a trick play called the "swinging gate". Dick caught a pass and streaked into the end zone.

What has always stood out about Richard was his level of commitment in whatever he was doing. He always gave his all.
