Not sure what to say?

This memory came up on my mail today! Things haven't change in 6 years you are still my Favorite Plant Manager of all time!! It's hard to answer the question below? Work yes, Friend yes, and definitely Family. Thanks for Starting Allison in Baltimore!!!!

RICK 5 years later and your beloved plant is no longer ! But your legacy will live on with your ALLISON FAMILY!! God Bless Patrick Topper

Rick and Sally were great friends and neighbors early in our marriages. He was such a great guy and how he loved his “bread balls”!! I am so sorry he has passed and wish Sally the best life with her children and grandchildren. Norm has been gone 11 years and I know the void is impossible to fill.

Mr. Rick walked softly and carried a big stick...RESPECT

My name is Patrick Topper I worked for GM for 40 years, but Rick by far was the greatest plant manager of them all!!!What a pleasure it was to work for and with Rick!!
I told Rick the day he left our plant at Allison in Baltimore if there was a plant manager's definition in the dictionary his picture would be there!!
My prayers go out to all the McKinnon family!
Thank You so much for sharing Rick with us in Baltimore!! You maybe gone but your spirit still lives in us all.
...

We are shocked and saddened to hear of Rick's passing. Rick was truly one of the good guys - a kind and thoroughly decent man who led by example and was a steward of his family as well as of his faith. Our deepest condolences to Sally, Rick's family and his many friends.
