Richard Phillip Mease

To the family of Dr. Mease:

I was sorry to see the notice of Dr. Mease's passing in the IUP magazine. He was my professor there when I was an undergraduate in the early 1970's. I think he finished his doctorate at the time I took a class with him. I remember him correcting us when we first called him Dr. Mease and later laughing and saying, "Okay, now you can."
