A truly special human being, from the moment I met him more than 30 years ago in Toronto, to the last time I hung out with him in the Salt Spring Market a few months ago. Richard made me think and he made me laugh!

I remember Richard fondly from early years in Lawrence Park and then at UCC. He was always affable and sunny, a pure spirit. This is tragic. Heartfelt condolences to all who knew and loved him ~ Don Grearson, Bermuda.
