Of all the wonderful memories I have of Dick the one thing that always stands out for me was his kindness and generosity. The perfect host for any occasion and always ready to lend a helping hand or some wise advice. Of all the people I have met in my life of almost 65 years, I can say that knowing Dick Meier was a true gift to my life. Our deepest condolences to Richard who was the other side to that magic.
