Family and Friends of Richard Melita: A truly intelligent and thoughtful gentleman. Most sad to learn of his passing. We worked at the NYS-DoT for many years, beginning in 1988 in the Computer Services Bureau. Dick was a most enlightened and humane manager. Wonderful for and with whom to work.
