Steve and I send our heartfelt sympathy to all of you. Dick was a wonderful man that we always loved being around. His presence always lit up a room. We have enjoyed many wonderful conversations over the years with you and Dick, especially at Sharon and Don's 4th of July parties. You will be in our thoughts as you go through this horrific time in your life.

This world has lost a true one-of-a-kind! I have known the Merk Family for over 35 years, in all those years Mr. Merk always had a smile on his face.
