My sincere sympathies to the Meyer side of the family. Great Uncle Rich was always great to talk to about our family history and genealogy. I'll always remember the one Christmas break he let me work in his Prospect Park shop. It taught me a life lesson - never apply for a factory job sanding gadgets! Dear Meyer family - Alice Luinenburg posted on Facebook about Rich's going home to glory...always sad to have a loved one pass but "we don't mourn as those who have no hope". We are so blessed! I so agree with the statement about his gentle heart. It's been many years since we've seen you but that is what I remember of him and also you, Anne. God bless and comfort you. Your parents always had an open home in NJ: for Ruth's Christmas parties for the Calvinettes to AnnaMae's end-of-the-year parties for the junior choir at Bethel CRC. I remember their hospitality well and have been blessed by it. May God be with all of you at this time.
