I knew Dick when he was the mild mannered Building "something or other" for Fairview Park, under Mayor Joseph Gaul, and I was a Councilman. He was the go to person for getting things done -- even handled a Federal Grant application for a sewer project in my ward. Been a long time since but I will always remember him. RIP Dick
