Frisco resident Richard "Dickie" Miller, 53, of Frisco, died at his residence, Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009. A memorial service will be held at Little Grove United Methodist Church, Thursday at 1 p.m. Twiford's Funeral Home, Hatteras is in charge of arrangements.
