My deepest sympathy.

Dick was my neighbor in Parkhill and his Aunt was married to my brother John. We also graduated the same year from East Conemaugh. Have fond memories of him and his family

Although I didn't know Col. Modic personally, he graduated with my sister in 1954. As a career AF man myself, I worked with SAC several times over 26 1/2 years. I am always saddened by the passing of any Brother in Arms. RIP Colonel. You have earned your place in the Pantheon of Heros. East Conemaugh HS, Class of 1952.

I met Dickie when his family moved into our two family home in Park Hill, PA. He was a teenager at the time. The Modic family will always be special to us. We are sorry for your loss. The Zabric Family

The last time I saw Dick was at our 50th high school class reunion. I was impressed with his life accomplishments and his terrific sense of humor. He will be missed.

I'm very sorry about your loss and wish to convey my sympathy to you at this sad time. May your memories bring you comfort.
