With sincerely condolences to Dr. Modlin’s family. I was one of his “Inner ear surgery” patients at Memorial Hospital over 35 years ago. I will always be grateful for his knowledge and experience in helping me to overcome severe and disabling vertigo. I came to know him personally many more years later and considered him a friend.
