Mr Vander Molen hired me into his Bronson Family in 1975. He always remembered my birthday (It was his anniversary May 10). Dick was a mentor and good example to all of us. after moving to Park Village Pines, I visited with him often and we recalled the people we used to work with and the good old times at BMH.
