I worked with Dick Morgan on many of the communities' projects since the 60's.
Dick Morgan was really the "bed-rock" of Shamokin for support and PR campaigns.

I learned to know Dick during my 20 years on the Conservation District. He was full of ideas, very conservation minded and loved Keithen's Gardens in Sunbury. Dick was a very fine man.
To his friends and family- please accept my sympathy.
