Dear Karen, Stefanii, and Family,

The Air Force TAC/ACP/ 8th TDCS Reunion is approaching and it brings back nice memories of Rick. All of us who flew with him enjoyed his happy, positive personality, his quick wit, and his caring nature toward everyone. He brought our little squadron together as a second family.
