RICHARD JOHN MULLINS

I will always remember the kindness Richard showed the whole Stark Family when we all lived on Silver Hill Road. All the kids gravitated towards the Mullins house, which, because of Dick and Anna, was always the most lively, the friendliest, and a place where everyone knew they also better behave, or else! Mr. Mullins was one of those memorable teachers that you hope that your children have the joy of encountering. One of the best teachers! All the extracurricular activities from street hockey after school, camps in the summer, were well attended and where thousands of students bonded with this wonderfully warm and funny person.
