Not sure what to say?

Sgt. Murphy (Rick) and I were Sgts. together with A Btry 1st LAAM Bn. 66-67. Rick and I together would provide security up and down Highway from Hai Van Pass to DA Nang. I was shocked to hear of his passing he was one the finest Marines and Motor T Sgt I had the honor to work with. I spent two years with 1st LAAM Bn in Vietnam and there isnt a single memory that dosent include Rick. God Bless you my Friend, May God continue to comfort your family. And we will serve together again Semper FI

One winter day years ago when I was staying late to prepare for the week, it was dark when I was got ready to leave. Rick walked me out and watched me get in my car to make sure I was safe! I'll never...

You have given us so many memories, may you rest in peace.

Dear Murphy Family,It is with sincere sadness that we have learned of Ricky's passing. We go back many many years(decades, ouch) and it is comforting to know Rick maintained his wit and sense of humor.
