A moment ago I was investigating on line why Rick didn’t contact me over Derby Day like he usually does. Well now I know I’m sending all of my sympathy to his wife Janice and family with a heavy heart I was his favorite server in the dining room at Penn National for years. What a well educated, spoken, kind, giving man he was. R.I.P. Rick. You will be sorely missed by many ❤
