Not sure what to say?

To the Nelligan family,
My sympathies to the Nelligan family.
Rick was my training officer for a month when I first started at the sheriffs department in 1984. He was great to work with, was a wealth of knowledge, treated co workers and inmates with respect and good humor and always wore an immaculate uniform. He was fair and firm in his decisions and I learned how to do my job properly because of him. He imparted knowledge with ease and knew when to praise a new guy and give that...

The Nelligan Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers. Gail Lang

Cousin Donnie, I'm heartbroken to read of Ricky's passing. My condolences to you, your brothers Bobby and Kevin, and of course to Sharon and Ricky's family. I still remember the very early years when we chased each other around at your aunts' weddings. How quickly the time goes. R.I.P. Ricky.

Love,
Cousin Donna Pizzi
