Not sure what to say?

I was a patient of Dr. Nevis for 35 years. from about 1975 until he retired. I traveled from Beavertonto the dentist because he was a wonderful person and a very caring dentist. I was shocked and saddended to hear of his passing. His staff was like family, wonderful friendly people, always willing to take the time to help me with billing, insurance questions, scheduling etc. My condolences go out to all of you. I'm sorry he never made it to any of my band concerts and that I never brought...

Dick you will be so missed. Our phone talks will always be in my heart.
Your Sun rose on 10/17/40 and set on 10/10/10.
Your Celebration of Life on 10/17/10 was everything that you would have loved.
I will always love and miss you.

Sandra and family, our thoughts and prayers go out to you at this time. My father passed away in May and we know the great extent of your loss. Celebrate his life, and the good times you had with him. Soon you will smile as you remember him.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Dr. Nevis. I was a patient of his since 1993. We had many talks about the railroad and also about my mother back in Indiana. He was a man of intergity and I will miss him. I'm unable to attend the celebration but will blow the whistle twice on my train today in rememberance of him.

I'm saddened to hear about Dr. Nevis. He hired me fresh out of hygiene school in 1976. He had such a larger than life personality, & a great sense of humor. I haven't seen him for many years, but have fond memories.

To the entire Nevis family, including his family at the office - my thoughtful prayers to you all.
For 21 years I had the privelage to have him as my dentist and always appreciated his talks about raising my two boys...even if my mouth was full of dental tools. ( Maybe he did that on purpose) :O)
He will be missed.

With heartfelt condolences,
Tracy, Seth and Jordan

Geri, Rich, Kathleen, Sandra....we feel your pain, we share your sadness. Dick was a dear cousin. He made us feel loved, and we loved him dearly. We will miss the bear hugs and sloppy kisses he was always ready to share with those he cared about.
Love to all

Gerry and all the Nevis Family - We are so sadden for all of you with the passing of Dr. Nevis...We were patients of his since 1985 when we moved to Gresham. He was always interested in what we were doing and what the kids were doing..It was a pleasure to have known him.
