Not sure what to say?

Dr. Newrock was good teacher and he gave me lessons/thought me statistical mechanics. He even lent me a copy of his own book. He would have 1 hr sessions with me 2 times a week. It is unfortunate that he passed away at a relatively young age. He was someone who knew how to make things work in the Physics Dept and always helped students.

College of Applied Science days wouldn't trade it for the world ECET. Nice knowing you Dean Newrock that's what I will remember you by. The coffee session as well. RIP

Dr. Newrock treated me fairly and with respect. He was a very good teacher, even in the last year of his life.

Rest in peace, Rick. You were a great leader and mentor. I have learned so much from you and I will cherish the nine year working under your leadership at the College of Applied Science for the rest of my career. I was looking forward for our scheduled lunch on June 3rd, but I pray that you are in a better place now.

Rick was a good leader at the College of Applied Science and was especially supportive of the humanities and its role in applied science and technology education. I am saddened by his passing.
