I am very sorry for your loss. I graduated Kemp High School with Richard. Not only was he a distant cousin (Avis and my dad, Ray Phillips were 1st cousins), Richard was one of the funniest guys I knew. He kept our class entertained all the time and we all loved him! Blessings and prayers, Gay Phillips Eudy

So sorry for your loss.I loved your Mom and Dad and they are both going to be missed greatly.Prayers sent

Oh, how sad I am to hear this! Another cousin gone too soon. Richard was such a fun guy to be around. And get all those Nichols boys together and what a great time you would have. He will be missed dearly. Prayers for peace and comfort for Kelli and the rest left to cherish his memory. Hug Sharia tight. You never have to let go again.

I was so sad to hear of Richards passing. We just became reacquainted after over 60 years when we rode the school bus (#7) in Denison. He and his brother, Joe, were a lot of fun and my sister Rose and I remember the laughs and teasing we all had. We met again at Kemp Baptist Church when I moved here. Again the teasing and laughing. What a wonderful, joy this fella was to be around. I will miss you my friend.

I’m sure going to miss this guy. I loved him like a brother. He’s been through so much since sis passed away and it gives me peace to know he isn’t suffering now. Will be praying for you all in the coming days.
