Bunny and Family,
I just read about Dick's passing in the monthly Marquette magazine.l will always remember Dick for his huge smile and dynamic personality. I went to WTHS and Marquette University with him. I played on his softball teams and golfed with him. Dick was "one of a kind." He touched so many lives. He will be deeply missed.

I worked for many years with Dick Nixon at Sears. I met him in 1970 when he organized the Dick Nixon golf tournament for all African American men at Sears. Many of the golfers were playing their first round of golf. Dick and I had many epic golf matches and I must admit he won most of them. LOL Everyone who was touched by Dick is better for the experience. May God bless and give comfort the Richard "Dick" Nixon family. RIP MY FRIEND!

Just learned of Dick's passing. Great memories extending back through Marquette, WTHS and even Little League in Waukegan. Dick was the best athlete of his generation but also a guy off the field who was well worth knowing. Condolences to the Nixon family for this great loss.

My sister, Flo Spero, always spoke highly of Dick and his family.

My sincere sympathy to the Nixon Family.

To the Nixon family..after 4 yrs of H.S.homeroom with Dick sitting behind me, I remember many laughs and good times. He was so entertaining. Good in school, Good in sports an all round good guy. He even told me about a girl named Bunny. RIP Dick Nixon, a classmate from Waukegan. Marcia Naden Aho
