Just after I finished post-license training, I started attending Richard's "Monday Madness" classes. Both new agents and experienced agents came to hear the pearls of wisdom that fell from Richard, rather effortlessly. He shared and listened to all my trivial problems, and made me feel that there was hope. I'm sorry I missed his service, but I just found out yesterday what happened, when I called his office and asked for him. His passing is a huge loss for all who worked with him, who...

Richard, the most important thing I know is that you are with your Princess. The most difficult part of accepting your loss is that you have left us much too early. The respect and love you earned from me will forever be in my heart missing you. Rest well, my friend.

Richard was a kind and wonderful man and treated me as he would have wanted to be treated, always professional and intelligent, with a great sense of humor and fairness, and he was always a perfect gentleman. I dearly miss him and pray for his daughters and friends. I know that he is in heaven with Janice, and I have thought and prayed about him and all of the memories of him and his kindness and generosity alot throughout the last few weeks especially. He is a rare and special man who...

Richard shared his wisdom, humor, and sensibility with me over the past years. His dry sense of humor could always bring a smile in times of great stress. Although I won't be able to call him for advice any longer, his wise words and generous heart will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers will be with you as you celebrate his life.

Richard it is hard to say goodbye to you as a friend and associate. I know you are with Janice and you are happy and at peice. Our last conversation was about the book we always talked about writing about the crazy profession we all enjoy, I know it would have been a best seller. My prayers are with your family and your friends.
