Just after I finished post-license training, I started attending Richard's "Monday Madness" classes. Richard was a kind and wonderful man and treated me as he would have wanted to be treated, always professional and intelligent, with a great sense of humor and fairness, and he was always a perfect gentleman. Richard shared his wisdom, humor, and sensibility with me over the past years. His dry sense of humor could always bring a smile in times of great stress.
