So Sorry, I am just finding this out. Prayers to family, Emily, Chris, Gabriel . He spoke so highly of all of you. We had long conversations of family and politics. He was so funny. He adored, adored, adored his children I am sure you do know that. Absolutely everything was centered around his children. Wow I'm going to miss him!

When I met Richard he was the most warm hearted man that I have known. He would do anything for anybody. They took a great man away. He will always be in my prayers as my angel. Dear Chris, Emily and Family: Ellen and I were very sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. We worked together at the Labor Dept. and I got to know him very well. He was very competent and successfully implemented a number of major projects. I enjoyed his sense of humor; we enjoyed a number of fun times together.
