Not sure what to say?

I was a young and crazy college kid living for the summer with some girlfriends in a house in West Somerville that happened to be next door to the wonderful O'Rourke family. Just came across Dick's obituary today, though he's been gone ten years. I have such fond memories of Dick and Dolly and all the kids. Although many years have past since that summer of 1969, I never forgot the warmth and love and fun shared with me by this family. Condolences on the loss of a special man.

I loved talking and doing aerobics with Dick at Fitness First, as his daughter Eileen gave us the workout of a lifetime! He was SO proud of his family-it was so nice to see. My thoughts & prayers are with you all. -Kathy Geromini Karpe

Dolly and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

To the O'Rourke Family:

Please accept our deepest sympathies. Dickie was a great guy and friend.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Sincerely,

Walter and Michael Sullivan

Katy, Jenny and Family,
I am so sorry for the loss of your father. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I didn't know Dickie personally, but have known Rich Jr for the past 8 years or so and have heard wonderful stories about Dickie as a man,a Husband and as a father, I would like to send my sympathies to the entire family,

My Mom just told me the sad news of Dicky's passing. Some of my early and fond childhood memories are around the O'Rourke's kitchen table and having the O'Rourke's out to Billerica to swim in the pool. I remember looking forward to Christmas Eve every year too. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, Dolly and Family.

With Love,
Karen Girouard (Albergo)
