Not sure what to say?

We worked together for a few years at Whiteaker near the end of Dick's teaching career. Kids loved his classes and all of the staff enjoyed working with Dick. He was a great guy who positive attitude was wonderful to experience.

Though, I only taught with Dick at Parrish for 5 years, our friendship continued through the years. We didn't see each other often, but when we did our conversations were always filled laughter and the remberence of good times and friends. It hurts to know he is gone.

So sorry to hear of Dick's passing, we're thinking of you, Betty

We will always remember Dick's infectious smile and laugh, Betty. He was a great leader and ground-breaker for the Oregon wine industry and will be sorely missed by us all. We are so sorry for your loss of your life partner - John and Sue Miller
