I,ll never forget the time we were selling tickets at I.G.A , and a siren was heading towards us from far away. As it got louder, you said " Listen Chuck", " They are playing our song ". How true!!!!

Dick, as my brothers and cousins knew him, was the only grandpa we grew up with. I have a lot of memories of Gammy and Dick as a child. I miss them both. We (Donnie, Chris, Jon, Matt, Richard, Denise, Eve, Teresa, Karen and Brian) are grand kids of Gammy (Dorothy) and Dick and the children of Jane, Pat and Mike Yoakum. We lost touch after Gammy passed away and I often wondered what Dick was doing. I am glad he found another life and passed away peacefully. Wish I would have seen this earlier...
