Dear Osby family and all of Richard's friends, my deepest sympathy to you. I knew Richard as "Otti" and met him in the late '80s through Bob and Jeanine Dull. I thank God for him as a friend and dear brother in Christ. Otti and I had many good times together, notably a cross-country trip between Madison and Tucson. Otti "Richard" and I where friends going back to our college days at UW-Oshkosh. He was the best man at my wedding...I will miss him dearly.
