I wish to express my deepest sympathy and sadness to the Richard E "Dick" Palmer Sr. familhy over his passing.I remember him well from my days at Honesdale H.S. in the early 1950's ('53 grad). May God have mercy on his soul and welcome him into the gates of heaven, and may he rest in peace for eternity.

Dick was a great guy! My thoughts are with all of the Palmer family at this diffulcult time! He will surely be missed by many!

Our condolences to Aunt Mary Barbara and the cousins. Thank you for the loving obituary. We knew Uncle Dick was active, but had no idea of the extent of his involvements. He achieved much to be proud of. The Stegner-Freitag family.

You have our deepest sympathy for your loss. I only knew Dick for a short period of time, but he was a wonderful man. Sheila
However, I know my father knew him well, as did Jack. Both had the utmost respect for him.
He lived a good life, try to concentrate on the memories.
Now he and my dad can catch up old times. Watch over each other.
