Richard Marvin Palmer

I wanted to pass on condolences to the family, and let you know how grateful I am for what Dick did for many of us in Troop 451 at Clark School. He and Ted Thorgaard were tireless advocates and teachers for the troop. The joy I still take from the outdoors can be traced directly back to their volunteer efforts with scouting.
