Not sure what to say?

I have a lot good memories of Uncle Dick and my father together either at the garden´s or at when he came to visit at my father´s houses. He was a very special man and he will be truly missed by all who have known him. I would like to express condolences from my family to yours. Tim, Rosa, Dani and David Parente

Dear Dorothy Kay, Martha, Beth, Richard, Susan, John and Janice, I was so sorry to hear about Uncle Dick's death. He was the happiest of the Parente brothers, and I think the easiest dad, as I remember he always let us jump on the beds and play in the street whenever we visited. It was always Aunt Marlene who wielded the spatula. I last saw Uncle Dick at my Uncle Jim Parrette's funeral and he was so excited to see us and show off his bride, but also to share stories and laugh and cry over...

We send our sympathies to all of the Parente family. Dick always made me feel good when I saw him at work, golf, church or Steelcase functions. What a great Man!
I know he will help Notre Dame from Heaven.

I have always considered Dick and all the brothers as good friends. From our days at South playing football to the visits with Dick at Meijer Gardens I will always have fond memories. There is not enough room to tell all the fun times we had. I will miss him but I know he is in a wonderful place.

Grandpa Permy will be greatly missed. There is no one else who would let me put lipstick prints on their forehead! Hugs to the whole Parente clan.

I remember the good 'ole days living across the street from the 'Parentes'. My dad, Ken, and Dick would head out early Sunday mornings to golf at Byron Hills GC (they would let me come along I think just to chase their out of bounds shots.) Fond memories of many years ago! The folks, Ken and Nancy, also send their condolences.

There are so many memories of Uncle Dick that I remember. Notre Dame football games at our house when we were little, tram tours at Meijer Gardens with Pop when we were older. They made quite a pair and now, they are back together. Our thoughts & prayers are with you all at this time. Poj & Kathy (Parente) Chanopas, Kelly & Sonya

Had the opportunity to work with Dick for a few years toward the end of his career at Steelcase. He was a good man and will be missed. My condolences to the family.

Janice, we are so sorry for your loss. Please know that we are keeping you in our thoughts and prayers. Jeff and Kelly Hudson
