Richard Pascoe

I was lucky enough to know Dr Pascoe through the AmStaff world, having dogs from his great lines. He inspired me to fight against prejudice and propaganda regarding the breed, and I did. My dogs were accomplished in many disciplines including pet therapy, conformation, obedience, protection and tracking as well as canine good citizens. Dick Pascoe was my first cousin...His mother Marie was an older sister of my mother Durkey/Dirkjie. I have fond memories of their visits to Newton, Ia. and also being a guest in my youth, in their home, Carroll,Ia. and time w/Dicks parents, brother Larry swimming in Lake Okoboji.
