Not sure what to say?

Rick, always finding the best in others, always taking the time to reach out and help....
Rick, eating ice cream with a grin like a little boy....
Rick, playing guitar tenderly gazing at his beloved Mary....
Rick, our dear friend, we have a date in Heaven with you!
We'll eat ice cream together again!

As a young teacher, Rick helped me out by being a mentor and acting generously with his knowledge, energy and time. His humor, curiosity and uplifting spirit was a gift to everyone that he was able to be around. Well done Rick, and thank you my friend.

I had the pleasure of teaching across the hall from Rick for one school year. I always enjoyed our conversations. His words of wisdom were priceless!

Both of my children had Mr. Pawloski and my grandchildren. I had the privilege of helping in his class when my daughter had him. He helped me with my class work (I was taking adult classes) on the bus to camp Rogers when my son had him. Our family has many fond memories of Mr. Pawloski. We are so sorry for you loss.
The Rittenhouse Family

During my time at Highlands I was always entertained by Rick. It was never boring when he came into the office. He always had a great story to tell me. I can still hear his laugh. He was just one of those really nice, genuine people. Mary and family I am so sorry for your loss of a great husband, dad, and grandpa. Mary, sometimes his stories were funny ones about something you did. He really loved talking about his family and I loved hearing his stories.

Dear Mary and family, during the time I worked at Highlands Rick always kept me entertained with his stories and humor. Such a nice guy. So sorry for your family to have to lose your husband, dad, and grandpa too early. I am sure that he is keeping the angels in heaven laughing.
