I only knew Richard Payne through his Sudbury Town Crier. He was entertaining and thought provoking. I even had an exchange of editorials with him over Senior Citizen taxes! Elaine,
Our sincerest sympathies go out to you and your family. Richard was a great man, a great leader, and most importantly, a great friend. I, and all of us at the Sensors Directorate at Hanscom AFB, will miss him dearly.
